It was a good ride to discern if this 501C3 is worth donations. In today's environment not all are what they seem, so it is essential to throughly investigate to be a good steward of American Legion/Legion Riders charitable money. Otherwise we just line the pockets of those that have significant admin cost (aka the $$$ in salary they give themselves or the trips they allege are to promote their charity). This one on the surface looks good. More review is necessary, but we may have found a winner.
